A Tree Is Nice by Janice May Udry

Trees are nice. They fill up the sky, they form the woods, they make everything beautiful. You can play in them, sit in their shade, and pick their fruit. You can plant a tree when it is young, and watch it grow.

How these stories are connected: The wedding banquet was nice and intended for all people. Some people didn’t see it that way. Trees are nice too. They are for everybody. We should try to see trees that way.
