October 20, 2012, Lutheran Church of the Cross voted to accept the Human Sexuality Resolutions adopted by the ELCIC in June 2011.  On that day we officially became an affirming congregation.  As the five year anniversary of this significant event  approaches, it seems a good time to offer opportunities to revisit the Resolutions, to talk about what "affirming" has meant to our church, and to invite speakers to share with us the significance of "coming out in faith."  Look for a suggestion box marked with a rainbow in the narthex.  We welcome questions, comments, and suggestions as to how we can prepare for a celebration in October.
