This is the official founding of the Calgary Alliance for the Common Good. CACG is an organization of about 30 churches, synagogues, universities, labour unions and other community groups that work together to improve the life of all Calgarians. Lutheran Church of the Cross is a member of the Calgary Alliance and our members are encourage to come, learn, and show support for the alliance. When you arrive at Knox, look for the "Lutheran Church of the Cross" sign. Anyone interested in the Calgary Alliance is welcome and invited to come. Special music will be provided by the Cantare children's choir and Turkish dancers.
