Sunday School at Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Cross is for children age 3 through Grade 12. Classes are held at 9:55 am beginning the first Sunday after Labor Day in September, and continuing through June. The children gather for worship in the nave with their parents, and after the "Children's Message" they are ushered to their approporiate classrooms,  for stories, crafts, reading, and talking about our Christian faith. They learn about Jesus, and about how to show Jesus' love in their daily lives.

A Youth Sunday School class also meets at 9:15 (Grades 7 - 12). Some of the topics this class has explored include the Gospel of John, Personality Traits, and 40 Assets Every Youth Needs.

In 1999 Lutheran Church of the Cross implemented another Ministry called "Splashed With Promise."
